Urgent Care Information
We offer emergency appointments in the CUES* service. If you have urgent symptoms please call us during normal opening hours. We carry out face to face appointments and sometimes telemedicine when appropriate. Please phone for advice and triage.
We close on Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year. We offer an emergency service for existing patients only between Christmas and New Year. Call 0161 480 6432 for more details. If you have a minor eye problem your pharmacist can often provide advice and medication or your GP or NHS 111. You can also use the Find a Practice function on www.primaryeyecare.co.uk for the CUES service.

*CUES is the Stockport Community Urgent Eyecare Service and is an NHS funded service for recent onset eye and vision problems. We can treat minor eye conditions and refer more serious problems to hospital with diagnostic images when required. Examples of conditions seen are foreign body in the eye, sudden loss of vision, painful eye.
